Returns We regret that you have found it necessary to return your purchase. Please remember that all purchases must be returned for a refund within 14 days of the original purchase date. Please note that all shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and if your original order received free shipping, you will be charged the actual shipping fee if you return any or all items. Additionally, we will accept your return for a full refund minus a 5% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from the actual credit issued. You can return your product for up to 14 days from the purchase date. Returned products must be in the same condition as you received them including the original box. Altered or worn items may not be returned. Please wear test your purchased items on a carpeted surface. All returns must be made to 360° Foot Care Center and not to the manufacturer. Exchange Policy All new purchases may be returned for exchange up to 14 days after the original invoice date. Please include a check or money order with your exchange for $ 8.95 made payable to 360° Foot Care Center or you may include your credit card information with permission to recharge your credit card to cover the exchange shipping costs to you. The above costs cover shipping within the continental 48 states only and exchange shipping charges for Hawaii and Alaska or international addresses are on a cost plus basis which must be agreed upon and paid for before return shipping can be made.
