Our standard shipping is regular UPS Ground service or USPS Parcel with insurance (2 to 5 days after pickup). Most items will ship within 1 to 3 business days. We can also expedite your order via the following services, Federal Express or UPS Express Services. Please email us for the exact charges. International Shipping We ship internationally. The minimum order is $ 100. We will only ship using US Postal Service Global Express, at a cost of $ 33.00 for the first pound and $ 3.50 for each additional pound. These shipping costs will include insurance. This is the only way we can ship with the US Postal Service that has a tracking system. We can only ship to the credit card billing address, so your billing and shipping must be the same. All addresses will be verified through your bank. This initial verification process may take a few days due to the time differences between countries. If we are not able to verify your billing address, we will not be able to process the order. In this case you will be notified by email. Shipping time for international shipping is normally 7 to 10 days to the customs department of a particular country once we ship. The time from customs through your postal systems to you door will vary by country. We are not responsible for international customs or brokerage charges, if there are any charges. These are the responsibility of the customer. Canadian Orders rates are $20.00 for the first pound and $2.25 per additional pound. |
