3. Next visit the 360° Foot Care Center
foot help page to read about our products.
4. Now you are ready for Step B “The
Sizing and Selection Process”.
STEP B - The Arch Support Sizing Process
Many companies will request that you order arch supports based only
on your shoe size. Since all feet are different and each arch length
of a foot is different, arch support sizing by shoe size only, generally,
does not work. Wearing an improperly sized arch support can be uncomfortable,
ineffective and painful. Accordingly, a more accurate sizing process
will help to avoid these problems.
We have created a very simple process for the selection of your arch
supports. We offer a variety of arch support styles. For sizing purposes, we
have created a cut out sheet for each arch support style and size.
Now that you have selected the arch support that you believe is best
for you:
Getting the arch support size
1. Go to the link “Shoe Size Matrix”. Here you will identify
your shoe size in the far left column.
2. Once selected move across the chart to the column that has the arch
support style that you selected from the “What
Hurts Link”.
3. Click on the range of arch support that matches your shoe size range.
4. Several arch support graphics will appear. These graphics represents
different arch support sizes for this particular styled arch support
and for this shoe size range.
5. Click on one or more of the graphics within your shoe size range.
Print out and cut along the printed line.
Sizing the arch support graphic to your foot.
1. Place the paper arch support (cut-out) against your foot holding
it up against your arches. Make sure you place the back of the arch
support against the back of your foot.
2. If the edge of the arch support fits just below your first joint
(see: picture of graphic against foot) then this is a good fit.
3. If the edge of the graphic rests against your joint or too far below
it, select another arch support size and continue the fitting process
just described.
The yellow line below shows where the edge of your arch support should
fit your foot. Make sure to push the cut-out up onto your foot including
inside your arch. (I.e. the cut out should follow the contours of your
foot including the height of your arch.)
