ARCH SUPPORT WEARING INSTRUCTIONS
Reading
and following these instructions will help ensure your comfortable
adjustment into your new arch supports.
Wearing Instructions:
1. Wearing arch supports affect more than your feet. Your entire body can feel
the effects of your arch supports. During your break-in period you may feel some
soreness in your knees, ankles or back. This is not unusual and should pass after
you fully adjust to wearing your product.
2. It is important not to give up
on your arch support if you do not get immediate relief from your particular
condition. Some conditions resolve quickly while others may take weeks if not
longer. Remember, even after you have made it through the adjustment period keep
your activities to a minimum for a few days. Do not use your arch supports in
strenuous activities like running until you have thoroughly adapted to them.
When first starting to use them in sports or strenuous
activities later on after the initial break-in period, there may
also be an adjustment period again. Use with CAUTION.
3. Pressure under your feet is normal and
will be felt for a while during the break-in period. It is important,
however, that the pressure
is felt at the points shown on your print out.
