How To Wear Arch Supports
1. Before placing your arch support into your shoes, take out the
cushion that comes in your shoes. Place the arch support into your
shoes with the back of the arch support resting against the back of
your shoe.
2. You should then place the flat black cushion that you purchased,
on top of the arch support.
3. If you want to use sandals, place Velcro underneath to keep them
in place (Velcro is available at fabric stores).
